Jason's Lucky Devil

I spotted Jason walking among the crowds during the annual <a href="http://bayridgebid.com/">Bay Ridge Fifth Avenue Festival</a>.<br /><br />He had sweet tattoos on his forearms but he chose to share one, near and dear to his heart.
